18 minute AMRAP with a Partner*
5 Kettlebell Swings (53 lbs/35 lbs)
15 Kettlebell (53 lbs/35 lbs)
20 Russian Twists (20 lbs/14 lbs)
25 Double Unders
*One partner at a time will move down the floor carrying a pair of the prescribed weights. Each movement would be performed by moving across in 6 meter segments. After completing the 5 movements, the partner will Farmers Carry the Kettlebells back 30 meters, meeting up with the other partner. Partners will alternate rounds until the clock expires.
